The property is located in a picturesque and historical fishing village setting, in a re-purposed smokehouse built in the 1880's backing onto a tidal crick , the other side is the bay of fundy, unique and rustic settings with comfortable accommodations, two bedrooms with double beds, full kitchen, full bathroom with shower, living room with cable tv, local phone, ocean view decks, and walk to a beautiful sandy beach, the only rental like it on the whole island! launch your kayaks or canoes from the property at high tide and explore the ocean floor right from the property on low tide, high tide water touches the foundation of the building, your own outside bbq area, there is even a spot for pitching a tent 20 feet from high tide water with mature evergreens, We have added a second cottage to our rentals, it is in the same building and has two bedrooms but it is a two floor cottage, bathroom and living room upstairs, and two bedrooms downstairs with king sized bed and queen sized bed and an option to rent a third bedroom for extra cost this cottage has wi fi internet service, tv, bathroom with shower, full kitchen and a nice deck on the second floor off the living room very unique decor paying homage to the smoke sheds.
