New and recently renewed (minimal style), very clean and full of light, This 120 sqm groundfloor apartment with private swimming pool , jacuzzi , garden and multi-sportscourt is a perfect getaway for a relaxing vacation or a short stop-over with amazing sea and hill views.

A/C in every room, , baby cot available, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms.

1,5 km from an organized or free beach, as you prefer.

At a 2 min drive or 15 min walk to the bus station with direct connection to Athens center and to the village of P. Fokaia (at 4 km) where you can find supermarkets, postoffice, cafes, shops and restaurants. We are only at a 30 minutes drive from the airport of El Venizelos and are willing to pick you up at a small cost. Temple of Poseidon in Sounion is at a 15 min drive. We would recommend our place for a relaxing, quiet beach holiday, combined with sightseeing. The sea nearby is honoured with a blue flag, which means paradise !!!
