The Villa Minuta is situated in the small hamlet of Minuta about 1 kilometre from Scala, an ancient village set upon a rocky spur of the Amalfi Coast, in the midst of a lush natural landscape of Mediterrean maquis and terraced plots planted with small vines and lemon trees. The dominant position offers guests spectacular views spanning the green hillsides scattered with colourful flowers and then plunging downwards to the deep blue of the sea. The villa, which is reached by a picturesque lane with 100 steps, is situated next to the little square and the charming Romanesque church. As soon as you reach the residence, you will be so entranced by the sublime beauty of the landscape that you may not even wish to tear yourself away for a few day trips. But if you decide to do so, Positano, Amalfi and Ravello are all just a few kilometres away and to say these delightful resorts are well worth a visit would be an understatement. The garden surrounding the villa is an oasis of peace, whether you wish to lie in the sun or cool off in the splendid swimming pool (10x5 m, 2.2 m deep)(01/05-30/09) complete with outdoor shower. There is a spacious sun-terrace boasting a unique and spectacular panoramic view, as well as a patio fully equipped with elegant wicker lounge furnishings (complete with barbecue and wood-fired oven), as well as well-tended gardens and three terraces laid to lawn, all of which make Villa Minuta the perfect place for an unforgettable holiday. The villa has central heating, air conditioning, satellite TV in all the bedrooms and wi fi internet connection. Mid-week cleaning 4 times (8 hours in total) included in the price. Domestic help, extra linen changes, porter service, babysitter, cook and fireplace are all available on request.
PLEASE NOTE: electricity up to a consumption of 300 kwh is included in the price; above this limit guests pay for the extra electricity they use. The villa does not have a parking space.
