Our comfortable 3 bedroom beachfront condo (which has the best view in the resort) looks out over the dazzling beach, which is only steps away from your door. Unit is located on the 2nd and 3rd floors with 2 Bathrooms and two balconies overlooking the beautiful natural unspoiled beach and swimming pool. This resort is ideal for couples, group of friends, or families looking for a private vacation in paradise. Here you will find a tropical island getaway with world class snorkeling right outside your door, as well as a practically private pool and hot tub. Unit has a large updated kitchen with new cabinets, counter tops, stainless steel appliances, including microwave and dishwasher.

Watch the sunrise from the two private balconies and/or from one of the two bedrooms overlooking the ocean. Beautiful sunsets can be seen just a short walk down the beach or if you are not into strolling on the beach you can just step out of the front door for spectacular sunsets. Take a stroll or a run along the unspoiled beach right outside your condo.

Northwest Point, a secluded, private intimate and tranquil Caribbean paradise on the Island of Providenciales. At Northwest Point you will enjoy the beautiful pool and hot tub. Resort has lounge chairs, umbrellas, BBQ grill, kayaks. Rental include clean linens when you arrive and clean up after your leave. Towels including beach towels will be provided. Free internet service. Additional house cleaning is available upon request for an additional fee.

Our unit is rented and managed only by owner and maintained by a private housekeeper. We have full time maintenance staff and the maintenance manager lives at Northwest Point. We will give you access codes to the development as well as our unit once final payment is made.

Northwest Point is only 15 minutes from Airport and 25 minutes (12 miles) from the famous Grace Bay beaches, shops and restaurants. Rental car is advisable so you can explore the island and do your grocery shopping. IGA and Smart Supermarket are only 15 minutes away.

Grace Bay Car Rentals has an office in the airport parking lot. They will have your car ready to drive away. The other rental companies will meet you at airport and take you in their shuttle to outside rental location, all within 3 to 5 minutes from airport. You might want to request a cell phone to use on the island to make reservations, etc. unless you have an international plan with your cell phone company. The phone is free and they will put in as much money as you want and you can always add as you go along if you need. Don't forget to request it when you reserve your car.
