Description

Sandy Corner is a gorgeous cottage located right opposite the beach and lake and is a short 30 second walk to the main shops, cafes and restaurants of Avoca Beach.

The Cottage itself is clean, light-filled and has split airconditioning in both the master bedroom and the lounge / kitchen area.

Louver Windows and bifold doors allow the sea breeze and sounds of the ocean inside making a very relaxing and ambient setting.

The cottage is well set up for romantic couples getaways but can also accommodate an extra two guests on the quality sofa bed.

There is a front yard for relaxing with a BBQ with friends or just sitting back on a beanbag and listening to the ocean.

Kayaks are on site to enjoy a paddle at sunset in the lake directly adjacent the cottage.
