Discounted from Sea Colony rates. Sea Colony offers private beach access, on-site tennis instruction and 34 courts, 13 pools (2 indoor), fitness center, wireless internet access.

Amenities include central a/c, 2 TV's, cable, DVDs, use of owners beach chairs/umbrellas, complete kitchen, washer/dryer. Sleeps up to 8. Queen master BR, 2nd BR with 2 fulls, queen sofa bed in LR. 2 decks and outdoor grill.

Our home is in excellent condition with an updated kitchen and new 'beachy' hardwood floors. Sea Colony recreation fees required. No smoking/ no pets.

Remember, we can't guarantee the weather, but with all of the Sea Colony facilities you are guaranteed a great vacation.

“Great town house close to beach, restaurants, etc.”

Our stay was great. Master BR/Bath downstairs and bedroom and bath upstairs. Large deck on end unit. Must purchase rec passes at $25 each and parking pass to go on beach and use Sea Colony facilities.… More

Had a lovely time at this location and look forward to visiting again next year. Close to the beach, shopping, restaurants. It was off season for the beach but we like it that way. Prefer the quiet.
