House rules

STRICTLY a NON SMOKING, NO PETS, damage deposit will be retained if violated. Leave towels etc in Jacuzzi NOT HOT TUB, put all trash in can outside, dishes in dish washer, start wash cycle. Set heat to 60 and A/C to 70 at depart.No jumping or diving in hot tub/Jacuzzi. DO NOT take make up off with washcloths. Cigarette butts in ash bucket provided (not over the banister). Put grill ashes in ash bucket (not on the ground. Do not remove the rock around trash can or from landscaping, NO partying.
