Surrounded by rice fields with gorgeous valley views you will experience total peace yet you are only a 5-10 min drive to Ubud centre (3 kms).

Ubud is the spiritual and cultural heartland of Bali. You are surrounded by a treasure trove of cultural landmarks, ranging from ancient temples and majestic age-old Royal Palaces, to wonderful panoramas of green hillsides and rice terraces, waterfalls in much more.

View the local Balinese arts & crafts, Art Galleries, Museums and shopping (including the famous Ubud Markets),

There is also a complete plethora of restaurants ranging from amazing 5 Star Fine Dining to more casual dining experiences and the best organic produce in smaller local cafes.

This Internationally designed villa has been built with the upmost quality in mind and has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.

Each bedroom is a ‘stand alone’ building with beautifully landscaped walkways that link the villa together.

All have an ensuite bathroom which are expansive with a deep terrazzo bath to soak in, separate shower, toilet and 2 terrazzo vanities in each.

Large built in wardrobes also grace each bedroom.

With a completely fully equipped kitchen and open plan living/dining you will feel a lovely sense of space. Our chef will happily cook for you 'in house' or if you prefer, will deliver your choice from her menu. She also does a wonderful 'cooking class' for those wishing to know more about Balinese cuisine.

Guests always say their favourite things about Villa Kolibri are our staff.

Our experienced and knowledgeable manager Made (pronounced Mad-ay) is responsible for the overall operation of the villa.

He be there to meet and greet you and to go through any questions you may have on arrival.

Each morning, our lovely girls will come in to cook your breakfasts and clean daily, organise your laundry and make sure you are free to relax and enjoy your stay.

Wayan or one of our team of experienced drivers are available at any time to take you wherever and whenever you want. He can and advise and happily organise a tour for as much time as you need to experience this area in its full splendour.

Please note that you will also be given a free LOCAL MOBILE phone so that you can contact Made or Wayan at any time.

Arriving is easiest with our Pick Up Service - either from the Airport or other Bali Hotel (prices on application). If you are making your own way to the Villa we will provide directions for your Driver.

We have folders with our recommendations and all contact details in the villa for your convenience.

Made and I are more than happy to assist you with absolutely any request.

GUESTS PLEASE NOTE :

Because we are close to the rice fields and the healthy ecosystem of Bali you will notice geckos which make a cute "gek-ko" sound. Our ponds have fish (which is why we have virtually no mosquitos at the villa as they eat them!) and the occasional small frog, Please understand that the tropics are always full of little creatures, and if this is likely to bother you you should consider a resort where they choose to spray their entire grounds to remove all the insects.

Getting around

If you need to pop into town or experience your surroundings, just ask Made and he will organise Wayan or another of our experienced drivers to take you around wherever you like. Tours, activities, spas etc can all be booked by him.

Interaction with guest

Villa Kolibri is your own private sanctuary away from the hustle and bustle of the centre of town. We value our guests privacy so although Made (the owner/onsite manager) is available 24/7, our intrusion on your stay with us will be minimal. If you would like something more adventurous to do, just ask and we will advise on all the many tours/activities you can do in this beautiful part of Bali. Please note that you will also be given a local mobile phone so that you can contact Made or Wayan (our driver) at any time.

Normally our guests love this aspect. You only need to ask Made and we will glady provide what you would like extra. 3. You can bask in the sun always but not late in the afternoon. 4. How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Belinda (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
