This apartment is located on Shimoigusa station and it is 17 minutes from Shinjuku by train. Your room is 5 minutes walk from Shimoigusa station and it's easy to find.

Shimoigusa is safe place and you can walk around safely even though midnight.

Our apartment is on quiet place, so if you want to see the busy side and quiet side of Tokyo, choose our apartment.

You can use both mobile wifi and room wifi for free.

If you take mobile wifi outside, you can use wifi outside the apartment. The mobile wifi has data limit but room wifi has no data limit so if you are in the room, please use room wifi and turn off the mobile wifi.

We can also able to rent you bicycle if you want. We have 3 bicycles and we rent it 500 yen each per day. If you want to rent more than 4 days, we can rent bicycle for 2,000 yen for your whole stay.

We welcome you to this cozy and quiet apartment with quick access to Shinjuku. There are supermarket, convenience stores, post office, Japanese style pub, ramen restarurants near the apartment.


◆About the room

There is a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, kettle, microwave oven,and other items to cook if you would like to cook and eat anything in the apartment, although there are many good small restaurants and eateries in the neighborhood.

The bathroom has a bath tub and a shower, we provide natural soap, shampoo and conditioner without additives for sensitive skin.

The room is clean and it's located in quiet place.

The room is perfect size for two and we provide two futon. If you want to stay with three, we will accept it. But in that case, please understand that room is small for three. We provide extra futon for you if you stay with three people.

There's all amenities you need including shampoo, rinse, soup, hair dryer, kichen goods, towels, TV, refrigerator, air conditioner, knife, fork, plates, and all other things.

I and my wife can speak English.

When you arrive Shimoigusa station, please take the North exit.

Turn right when you get out the exit and walk the street by the railroad.

Turn left on the first block.

And the apartment is on second block from there.

I takes about 4-5 minutes walk from the station.
