We are glad to welcome You at our elegant mansion in a quiet and relaxing place right next to Split and far from the hustle of the city.

The holiday home with more than 250m2, classified with 4 stars, is surrounded by nearly 1000m2 yard near the woods perfect for children’s play. Completely private Villa is hidden from unwanted looks, and has a big, heated pool (pool ends construction till April 2023.) and a large hot tub. It is ideal for 8 people and is fully equipped for a superb holiday.

The space

The ideal accommodation for independent travelers desiring to experience Split with style, for a relaxed family reunion or a dreamy holiday in Split with a group of friends.

An elegant holiday home with a spacious heated pool included (heating starts in September), with Free Wi-Fi throughout the Villa and the property.

On the ground floor of the estate you will find an open space with a large living room of 40m². You will also have a cable TV, a DVD player at your disposal, PS on demand and a kitchen fully equipped (carbon dioxide and monoxide detector, oven, microwave, 2 electric and 2 gas cooktop, dishwasher, coffee machine...) and a very large dining table for 8 people. The living room has a direct exit to the main covered terrace with lounge area, BBQ (BBQ facilities are provided), five-person hot tub and pool view. Air conditioned.

Also, on the ground floor there is a shower room with a washing machine (pods are included), table and iron and separate toilet.

This two-floor holiday home is connected by an inner-staircase.

Upstairs you will find:

- the master bedroom with a king size bed and big wardrobe. This room has a private balcony with a table and chairs. Air conditioned.

- the second room with a queen size bed, wardrobe for the clothes, with a pool and forest view. Air conditioned.

- the third room with a two single beds, cabinet for your private staff and clothes which have covered loggia for private peaceful break. Air conditioned.

- the fourth romantic room in the attic with two single beds and roof window for late night star observation. Air conditioned.

All rooms are equipped with fine linen (bed sheets, towels, blankets)

- a spacious bathroom with bathtub, 2 sinks and the toilet

Outside you will find the saltwater pool without chlorine (which is exclusively dedicated to you, app. 10x5m, from 1.40 to 1.8m deep) with kid’s pool area, hydro massage lounge inside the pool and Swim jet - endless pool, for fitness, training, and therapy.

In addition to all that, the pool itself takes on a new dimension at night due to ambient lighting. Wi-Fi connection is provided by the pool area.

Right next to the pool under an olive tree, you will find an outdoor shower.

With its peaceful environment and the gentle summer breeze, pergola near the pool is the ideal shaded spot for friends and family to gather for leisurely meals, conversations or drinks.

Please note: the pool is in "wintering" from November to April, so you won't be able to swim!

The kid’s pool is fenced but children must swim under the supervision of an adult.

Late check-out in the late afternoon possible depending on availability: €150.

Guest access

The swimming pool and hot tub are fully and exclusively available to guests.

The property ground is equipped with the outdoor barbeque, the laundry room and the secured private partly shaded parking with automatic gate.

At your arrival you will find the gate open and me in front for welcoming you.

In a short distance (500m) you will find a grocery store great for a quick shopping. Near the house you can find a restaurant, coffee bar and a hairdresser.

Other things to note

Uber and other taxi services are available and acceptable, but for complete enjoyment it would be better to come with your own (or rented) car.

Private Chef service, breakfast on demand, massage and additional cleaning service are available with a charge.
