Description
Come prima parte di un piano complessivo di ristrutturazione di un vecchio casale, abbiamo realizzato due distinti alloggi che offriamo come case vacanze, di cui uno è oggetto del presente annuncio, ed un altro è oggetto di un annuncio separato.
Pur trovandosi ad appena quattro minuti d’auto dal mare, questo casale è immerso in piena campagna, e quindi è una meta raccomandabile per tutti coloro che pur amando il mare e la spiaggia, desiderano sottrarsi almeno di tanto in tanto a quel clima di chiasso e confusione che tradizionalmente si ritrovano nelle località balneari (non è un caso che abbiamo scelto il nome “Mare Sereno”).
Inoltre, è possibile accoppiare alla vacanza a mare, la visita alle perle del barocco del sud-est siciliano.
Oltre ad innumerevoli altri luoghi di interesse architettonico e naturale, risulta particolarmente agevole visitare le quattro città più significative del barocco, Noto che si trova a 25 chilometri, Modica a 25 chilometri, Scicli a 30 chilometri, Ragusa Ibla che si trova a 40 chilometri, tutte quindi raggiungibili in meno di un’ora di macchina.
L'alloggio è costituito da tre vani ed un bagno.
La camera da letto è ampia ed attrezzata con un ampio letto a due piazze e relativi comodini, un grande armadio a tre ante a specchio, ed un ampio cassettone con sei cassetti. Su richiesta, può essere aggiunto un lettino-culla.
In uno stanzino, è stata realizzata una seconda camera da letto, che ospita un armadio ad una anta, un letto ad una piazza e il relativo comodino
Un soggiorno-cucina di 24 mq. è attrezzato con una parete destinata alla cucina e che comprende oltre al frigorifero, il forno, il piano cottura, il lavello, una cassettiera e più sportelli.
Altri articoli di arredo della stanza includono un tavolo per sei persone, le sedie, un mobiletto e un divano letto a due piazze, ed in tal modo l’alloggio può ospitare fino a un massimo di cinque persone adulte.
Il bagno comprende il lavabo, il vaso, il bidè e il box-doccia.
L'alloggio è dotato di tutti i confort, elencati a parte, ed è stato appena completamente ristrutturato.
