This bright modern home boasts some of the most splendid views you will ever see! A steel and glass jewel designed by architect Ed Niles, AIA, the house rests in one of the most magnificent coves in all of Malibu, cherished by celebrities for both its beauty and its privacy.

High ceilings and large windows offer breathtaking vistas year 'round. Located behind security gates, at the bottom of a private drive, there is easy access to our sandy beach. This beach is perfect for swimming, surfing, water sports, or just relaxing. Sand toys, boogie boards, beach chairs and towels are provided.

The oceanfront house has two separate levels. Upstairs in the great room you'll see a granite-topped kitchen, and travertine tile floors. Huge sliding glass doors lead to the glass-enclosed balcony, and provide panoramic views. There are 2 bedrooms: a Master with king bed and en suite bath, plus a bedroom with twin beds. There's also a convertible full-size sofa bed. The downstairs studio has a private entrance, plus its own dining area, sitting area and full bath. Large sliding glass doors lead to a spacious patio above the sand-- perfect for entertaining. In addition to our 2-car garage, extra off-highway parking is available on our lot, located inside the security gates.

House rules

Overnight guests limited to 6 or less.

No large parties or special events without prior written permission. Events attended by more than 14 people must obtain a Special Event Permit from the City of Malibu.

Do not allow trash to accumulate inside or outside of the house or garage. As soon as trash bags fill they must be transported to the curb and placed in our dumpster, located in the brown wooden enclosure at the entrance to our driveway.
