Owner operated. This 3 BEDROOM, 2 FULL BATH condominium in the heart of Clearwater Beach, Florida has breathtaking panoramic views of the intracoastal waterway from the living room and master bedroom onto the spacious 29 foot balcony.

This 1824 square foot unit with 10 foot ceilings has been beautifully decorated by an interior designer. The master bedroom and second bedroom both have King Beds. The third bedroom has 2 queen beds. Graco Pack and Play in unit as well as High Chair. Ceiling fans in all rooms. Use of our poolside Cabana is included with beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and beach toys supplied. Reserved undercover parking next to elevator for easy access.

Getting around

The beach, attractions, entertainment, and restaurants are all within walking distance. Right outside of our building is a pick up and drop off spot for the Jolly Trolly. This is a hop on hop off shuttle that runs all day and takes you all over the island and beyond. Close proximity to two airports (St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport and Tampa International Airport. If you're driving, we've got 2 free private parking spots reserved for you on premises.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

You can request to change the dates or number of people on your booking via the Manage your booking page. To change your dates use the Edit booking button. If you need to change the number of guests staying then send Patricia and Stephen (the owner) a message.

If Patricia and Stephen (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
