One bedroom apartment situated in the most famous and picturesque Seville, right on Plaza de Santa Cruz, just a few steps from the Cathedral and the beautiful gardens of the Alcázar.

The apartment is an ideal starting point to discover Seville from one of his most characteristic and famous neighbourhoods: Santa Cruz. The building is a three storey house regionalist, with beautiful windows to the square, completely refurbished, where comfort and modernity are perfectly integrated with a beautiful traditional ambiance.The apartment is located in a thirth floor without lift.

The apartment has a bedroom for two persons.

The master bedroom has double bed. The living room, with dining table, four chairs, and a large and comfortable sofa chaise lounge with beautiful views to the terrace. Flat screen TV. Well equipped kitchen with everything you need and complete bathroom with a bathtub.

It`s beautiful and spacious terrace is the "jewel" of this apartment with its table and chairs the dinners and breakfast are a pleasure, enjoying the views of the gardens of the Alcázar.

We regret that your stay has not been as pleasant as you expected. The apartment is located in one of the most emblematic neighborhoods of Seville where most of the buildings are cultural heritage, that is why there is no elevator and its characteristics may seem more obsolete than the modern one you booked in Málaga but for us it's part of its charm. However, it's equipped with everything necessary; bedroom, kitchen, living room with television and air conditioning and has a nice private terrace overlooking a patio of orange trees. Those who lives in Seville know the value of it. We're sorry if you did not appreciate this kind of details. How do damage deposits work?
