A beautiful and very popular villa in the heart of the new town of Puerto del Carmen. Perfect for both families and couples looking for a holiday with everything close by. Although the villa is in the centre of one of the busiest resorts on Lanzarote it is situated in a residential street which is great for relaxing beside the swimming pool. The detached property has been immaculately renovated and is on 2 levels. The living area and one bedroom and one bathroom on the ground floor and three bedrooms and two bathrooms on the first floor. The living area and all 4 bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. A covered BBQ area is a good area for family al fresco dining overlooking the swimming pool.
This villa can sleep up to 9 guests plus an infant. The base price is based on 1 to 4 people.

“A Classy, Clean, Modern, Spacious House in Great Central Location.”
My partner and I stayed here for a few weeks and everything was perfect. The house hasn't been smoked in and is very fresh and clean and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. The house has really modern technology with loads of TV Channels including Sky Sports, Movies etc, a fully equipped kitchen and a lovely patio area to relax. This didn't feel like a rental property and everything is of a very high standard with expensive fittings. The location is perfect and in the center of town near the beach. We have stayed in dozens of high end rental properties around the world over the past few years and this one is the definitely the best and we will certainly stay here again when we return to Lanzarote.

“Superb Villa”
We stayed in Villa Monty with 3 of our children ages 20,15 & 11. The facilities were absolutely excellent. We have definitely fallen in love with this villa and will be hopefully booking it again for next year. We just love lanzarote and have now found our home away from home. Do not think it over just book it :)))))))
