Spectacular 7th floor condo! Owner's pride prevails in this 3 bedroom beachfront condo which includes 1,300 square feet of spacious living area and breath-taking views of the Emerald Coast. Fully furnished & decorated with cottage beach decor, custom paint, and modern amenities to provide luxury accommodations for up to 8 people. Amenities include modern electronics, stocked kitchen, and WiFi throughout the unit. The beachfront master suite has balcony access, a king-size bed, 32 flat panel LCD HD TV, DVD player, and walk-in closet. The guest suite has a queen size bed, TV, and DVD. There is also a bunk room with twin-over-full bunk beds, TV & DVD. The kitchen is equipped with everything needed to prepare a gourmet meal and modern stainless steel appliances.

The condo is well kept and clean. Parking is provided for a minimal fee, lounge chairs and umbrella available during your stay. The owners are always available. Overall a great location.
