Description

The condo is a corner unit, with furniture on the balcony for your enjoyment. The ceilings are 9' with fans in each room, kitchen is fully stocked with water and coffee too. Plenty of sheets and towels. It is located on a quiet street very close to the ocean, and walking distance to restaurants, stores, back river, and pier. Very relaxing. Beach chairs available, beach towels, and there are 2 parking spaces under the building. The second bedroom does not have bunk beds. There is a day bed, with one under it, and another bed for guests. No more than 6 people are permitted to stay as per City ordinance. Parties are also not permitted. There is a book inside with lots of info on codes, things to do and restaurants.

Response from the owner The cleaners were paid and cleaned the condo so I am unsure of why you say it was not clean. Dishwasher and washer/dryer were working. We had them checked. I don't remember you having a dog? The cleaners often take the sheets and towels home, since it is faster for them. Takes a while to dry. I really don't know what to say. I have used the same cleaners for 16 years.

Response from the owner I hAVE RECEIVED SUCH A REVIEW, AND THE PLACE WAS PROFESSIONALLY CLEANED AS IT ALWAYS IS. THERE WERE NO MOTH BALLS EVER IN ALL THE YEARS I HAVE OWNED IT, AND THERE WERE ONLY ONE TILE WITH A TINY CRACK. TOWELS ARE COLORED AND NEW, AND IT IS ON A TINY STREET, WHERE THERE IS NOT MUCH NOICE. I REALLY DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THIS WOMEN, BUT I DON'T BELIEVE IT HAS ANYTHING TO DO WITH MY CONDO.
