Welcome to this bright fully furnished two bedroom one-and-a-half-bathroom townhome located on Hutchinson Island in the oceanside community of Ocean Village. The perfect space to entertain family and friends on a beach getaway. The kitchen is equipped with all the essentials you'll need to enjoy your stay. This chic living room, complete with sleeper sofa, and dining room comfortably seat up to six guests. Upstairs you'll find the two bedrooms, one with a Queen-sized bed and the other with a double and a shared bathroom. This unit is furnished with a washer/dryer, WIFI, dishwasher and all the amenities that Ocean Village offers.

MINIMUM STAY 7-NIGHTS ALLOWED - APRIL THROUGH DECEMBER. An attractive updated 2 bedroom Town Home fitted with queen size beds in each bedroom will make your vacation stay fly by. This condo maybe suited for all adults to share or parents with older young adults in your party will enjoy the larger sleeping accommodations. Bedrooms are carpeted and all other areas are tiled in light beige. There is a TV in the living room, a new sleeper sofa. Dining seats 6 comfortably and no need to ask there is always a washer and dryer.

A MINIMUM 14 NIGHT STAY REQUIREMENT - JANUARY, FEBRUARY AND MARCH. Call for booking assistance 800-289-4698.
