This enormous exquisite Recoleta apartment occupies an entire floor of an elegant period building right on Avenida Libertador. With 500 square metres (5382 sq. feet) of floor space, this property is exceptionally spacious and has just been renovated to the highest standard whilst retaining beautiful original features.

From the moment you enter the building through gigantic wooden doors into a magnificent marble hallway, you know this is somewhere extraordinary. A grand arched doorway leads into the main apartment, and you are met with polished wooden floors, gleaming chandeliers, long hallways and large rooms that speak of the wealth and glamour of Argentina at the turn of the century.

The huge open-plan living/dining area comes complete with sumptuous sofa, plasma-screen TV, pool table, fireplace and ample wooden dining table with seating for 10. The brand-new kitchen is fully-equipped and features a large marble table with 4 chairs along with a multitude of top-of-the-range appliances and laundry facilities.

There are 3 king-size and 2 queen-size bedrooms (can also be split into 2 singles) with deluxe bedding and extensive storage space in the form of gigantic wardrobes. The apartment has 3,5 stunning bathrooms (including 2 en-suites) which are attractions in themselves, featuring solid marble sinks and bathtubs; and the double master en-suite even has deluxe twin rainfall showers for 2 people. The two front bedrooms have shallow picturesque balconies looking out over the impressive Avenida Libertador towards the port; and the rear rooms have views over the charming streets below.

There is a second living area for taking a peaceful break with cushy seating, plasma-screen TV and coffee table along with an impressive cow-skin rug. If you're location for plenty of space this is a great place! Location is amazing, stylish property that won't disappoint you. Wish we stayed there for longer.
