Description

Beautiful, recently renovated 1700 sf home that accommodates up to 8 people. Only a few steps to amazing sandy gulf beach. Enjoy all the amenities of a single level well appointed home with no stairs where you can step out to the beautifully landscaped pool area from your master bedroom or open space Living/kitchen area. The pool plus Jacuzzi are heated and in very private setting. Within a walk of 2-3 blocks find shopping area and some of the Island's best restaurants.

We welcome pets but please check with us first.

Getting around

The island has free shuttle service that runs every 15 min. bus station is 2 min walk from the house

Interaction with guest

You can get access using a key lock box that is attached to one of the poles of the carport. The code will provided .Once you get the key out you can open the main door with it and you will find a set of keys on the counter along with a binder with helpful information about the house, the neighborhood, restaurants etc. . You can of course also call me any so I can answer any questions you may have. When you leave there are some instructions to follow(like putting that key back into the lock box etc) but it will be all very simple and straight forward.

Absolutely loved the house. Spent most days out by the pool. Very private. Practically everything needed was supplied except groceries. I plan on coming back next year. I give this place 5 stars

Sandcastles was perfect for the four of us. Anna Marie Island is a great place to stay, very relaxed with plenty of places to eat out, many golf courses near by and wonderful beaches.

How do damage deposits work?
