Major deep cleaning done this spring. House/deck and driveways pressure washed! New sheets and towels, and Maintence done! The housekeepers did a lot-AC's checked, bulbs & AC filters replaced, smoke detector batteries replaced, etc, etc. done. All just for you! Oh! And we go all new mattress covers, sheets and towels!Ready and waiting for you! (New Flooring IN! (Updated 7/22/18) Professional Photos being done in fall but I’ll update the photos I have.

Groceries 1 mile away! Very Centrally located to everything you need & activities!

It's so beautiful down here! Ocean is the perfect temp! Off season so little traffic, & much less expensive!

Dates you want not available? No problem! Read on! I have another house next door!

Invite other families, or extended family and split the cost! And if you need more room, book my house next door (also sleeps 20) you can open the fence (20') in between to share the yards! #229256.

Wonderful combination of Florida and modern, you will feel ready to relax and enjoy the sandy white beaches of Destin the moment you walk in. The house has everything you could possibly need so you don't have to pack much more than your bathing suit! Theirs enough beach chairs for everyone, cooler, umbrella, & toys for the kids. Inside, should you find a rainy afternoon, there are games, books, puzzles, and movies for all ages (and toys in the bunk room). The 3rd floor has 2 bar top tables and 360' views with 2 balcony & a view of the beach.

*AGE REQUIREMENTS***SPRING BREAKERS ATTENTION:*

The person whose name the house is rented under must be 25. For every 3-4 people under 25 there must be an adult. We do not allow exceptions as this is not a good neighborhood for 'spring breakers'. Thank you for your understanding.

I have an excellent team on hand for when I am not there. I'd be happy to help you with suggestions or questions about the area! I even have numbers for renting baby stuff like highchairs, and a babysitting service! I want your vacation to be as easy and smooth as you do, so I'm also open to suggestions. House rules

This house is awesome for large groups of people to get together both inside and out. It very roomy in the living areas and has a big backyard with large deck and plenty of lounge chairs and even a pergola. We only as that you be over 25...no "Spring Breakers Here"! It took me a long hard time to get this house as good as it is and I won't have it wrecked in a week! That's so all my other guests can enjoy it to it's full! And BTW~house next door sleeps 20 w/a gate that opens 18' to share yards!

How do damage deposits work?
