This semi-detached property is in the village of St Breward near Bodmin and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.Dromore is a semi-detached property in the village of St Breward near Bodmin. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are made up of a double with an en-suite and two twin rooms, one of which can be a super king-size double on request. There is also a shower room, a kitchen, a utility, a sitting room with a dining area and a woodburner and a games room with a pool table and table tennis. Outside there is off road parking for two cars and a lawned garden with furniture. Dromore is a very special cottage in a traditional moorland village to be enjoyed all year round. Please note : Internal steps in cottage.
Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburner. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 5 x TVs with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Bike storage. Lawned garden with furniture and BBQ. Sorry, no smoking and no pets. Pub 3 mins walk. Please note : The village shop has closed, but plans to re-open a community shop are ongoing. Note : Internal steps in cottage.
