Description

Welcome to our modern and tropical two bedroom, two bathroom, very private pool villa. This beautiful villa includes one free scooter, luxurious bedrooms and bathrooms, fully stocked western kitchen with separate dining and living areas, free Wi-Fi; and much more.

The villa is a 120-square meter detached two bedroom house with separate entrance and pool, sleeping up to 4 guests. It is fully equipped and walled for your convenience and privacy. We have the second villa next door names "Baan Ping Tara Private Pool Villa" https://www.tripadvisor.com/VacationRentalReview-g1507054-d9884461-Baan_Ping_Tara_Private_Pool_Villa-Ao_Nang_Krabi_Town_Krabi_Province.html that can be an option for 10 guests to stay both villas.

Super comfortable king sized bed with 5-star linen in both bedrooms. Teak furniture, black-out curtains, air conditioning, ceiling fan, desk, side tables and lamps complete each bedroom. One bedroom has an en suite bathroom and the other has a private entrance to the guest bathroom (which can be locked off to make it en suite as well).

Entertain, cook and enjoy in the heart of the open concept villa; the well supplied western kitchen, fitted out with a gas range, granite counters, filtered drinking water, full-sized fridge, microwave oven, etc.; prep island and two bar stools.

Catch some TV or Netflix on the 48” LCD screen from the plush full sized sofa or take in the pool view from the dining room. An outdoor dining set, BBQ and two sun lounges are also provided.

Dinner at the villa (extra charge).

Daily cleaning (sweep, mop, take garbage out, make beds)

Full cleaning (change linen) is done twice a week, change towels every second day.

Pool cleaning twice a week and use of washing machine are provided complimentary.

Please note that we are not a hotel, just private home owners offering above average service for an affordable price! No smoking, no light mosquito coil and no shoes in the villa. The villa offers limit amount of free Electricity per day and there is extra charge if using over this limit. Please kindly turn off A/C at day time and not use toiler fan when use A/C.
