Here we present our brand new latest stunning state of the art Modern Luxurious Villa with Parking, Front and Back Garden - Our Riverside Villas. Riverside Villa 1 is a Brand New Build for your private use, for your group only. We can easily accommodate up to 10 Adults.

The Villa has a Stunning Modern Brand New and Fully Equipped Kitchen, Dining Room & Lounge. We also have sofa beds in the lounge that converts in to a Bedroom.

NOTE: We have a much larger villa - Riverside Villa 3 ( A Super Villa with River View that has 6 Bedrooms that can accommodate up to 16 Adults. It boasts a Stunning Dining and Lounge Area, a Whirlpool Spa Bath and "top of the range hot tub" ) appears on other places on Trip Advisor.

We are located a 10 minute to Salford Sport Centre which has a super Gym Playing Fields and Olympic Size Swimming Pool and Sauna,

Riverside is on the one side less then a mile from the City Centre and a short walk to Manchester Science & Technology Museum, or Coronation Street The Tour (Granada Studios), John Dalton St Deansgate, Adelphi is just over the Bridge and there is lots of shopping in that vicinity. On the other side just a walk through Peel Park going on the footbridge over the River and you are there in Salford University. In front of the development is Meadow Park. The River meanders around both sides of the development giving the effect you are on an island with pleasant country walks n both sides.

As quoted in the Salford Journal: "It offers attractive and convenient environment for young professionals to make the most of city dwelling, close to Manchester City Centre yet with the feel of the countryside here too"

We are close to City Centre. We provide the best in accommodation that you will find in the City everything is brand new. We are about half a mile from Adelphi and Chapel Street and 1.8 miles from Victoria Station and surrounded by parks and great views of the City.

Being in a new prestigious neighbourhood we offer accommodation use ONLY with no partying on premises, no noise or street gathering after 10:30 pm.

We are very much frequented with groups but in this location the actual party would have to be off premises.

Alcohol on premises is permitted but we do ask you to be considerate with the amount consumed as we are very keen to keep the noise level down.

No street gathering at any time.
No noise (even indoors) after 10:30pm.
No parking on pavement.

We may require up to 500 GBP fully refundable deposit to ensure your stay is in compliance to the rules and regulations of the complex and that you will abide by our policies and house rules.

Very nice place, that is conveniently close to Manchester city centre. Highly recommended acccomodation
