Before we describe this property we can reassure you that it is self contained therefore social distancing can be maintained. It shares no boundary with another property
We offer a wonderfully cosy Shepherds Hut. The view and aspect makes this site unique and magically private for the perfect getaway break.
Tyn-y-fron is a 13 acre smallholding in the most beautiful setting .About halfway between Bala and Corwen we are half a mile from the road offering seclusion with the added benefit that we are not too hard to find.
We have hens, cats , a Jack Russell and a collie cross.. Our other neighbours include a wonderful selection of wildlife, including squirrels, foxes, hedgehogs and assorted small mammals. They may be hard to spot, but they will be watching you!
You will see soaring buzzards regularly, occasional red kite and other hawks, and a fine selection of song birds, including green woodpecker, jays and more besides.
In short a Tyn-y-fron holiday offers the romance of a back-to-nature experience which you will remember for years to come.
Tyn-y-fron Shepherds Hut is a complete escape from the busy outside world. Set alone in a sheltered corner of our smallholding overlooking the River Dee. Your only neighbours are sheep or chickens. The hut consists of a comfy double bed, dining area, and the use of adjacent well equipped camp kitchen and toilet and shower block. .
There is no TV reception in this Hut but there is a good TV screen and DVD player
We provide bedding and kitchen cloths. . All you need to bring are yourselves.
Although the hut does not have a bathroom inside it does have a very good shower block almost adjacent plus a well equipped camp kitchen with everything you need for camp cooking.
. Sitting area both outside the kitchen or in the Huts private garden area or in the Hut itself if you wish.
You are only one mile from a very good pub with meals if you feel a little on the lazy side. Small dogs are allowed but on the lead please.

Response from the owner Oh thank you so much for that. We are trying hard to slightly lower a tree that is in direct line with the arial so hopefully next year reception will be better. However, as you say, you can't really beat the silence at night and the lovely skies.

Response from the owner Sorry the TV wasn't working properly. Its a hazard living under a mountain but we will look at it and try and improve. First complaint ever about shower so I can't really comment. As for flies. That time of year I,m afraid. Very little can be done!!
