The open floor plan allows you to enjoy all the activities going on in the Kitchen, Living Room and Dining Area. The modern Kitchen provides plenty of dinnerware, cookware and utensils to enjoy a family dinner or a quick snack. The Dining Room offers seating for 6 with an additional 3 at the Breakfast Bar.

When I called with concerns about lights and fan not working, your response was quick. ( the lights/fan were working just an odd layout of switches for them that we eventually figured out) We also didn't have blow dryers at the townhouse, but a very friendly gal delivered them the next morning! 5 Star Review - We enjoyed our stay at 3207 Compass Bay very much. The home was clean, spacious, and a great location with easy access to quick shopping, places to eat, and all the parks. The only very minor issue, which wasn't much of any issue, was the main level toilet tank sometimes didn't fill up with water after flushing. Occasionally we would have to lift off the tank lid and jiggle the valve and it would start filling. So that might need a brief maintenance. But overall the house was great in a quiet neighborhood. How do damage deposits work?
