Clean and bright home only one block from beach, playground, basketball and tennis courts, pizza and restaurant take out, and mini market. Located in Ocean City NJ in the 34th street area, only two blocks from WaWa, CVS, and Acme market. With three bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this home is located on the second (top) floor with a fantastic rooftop deck as well as a great front porch looking on Asbury avenue with table and chairs to enjoy beautiful sunsets and dinners. Flat TV in master bedroom and living room. External shower with hot water. Indoor garage.

- Are the bed sheets, bathroom towels, beach tags, or beach chairs provided? You need to bring your own linens or towels. Only a beach cart may be available. Beach tags can be purchased in the office 3 blocks away from the property.

- What type of beds? 1 Queen bed in the Master Bedroom, 1 queen bed in the Guest Room, 2 twin beds in the kids room, and 1 queen sleeping sofa in the living area, total = 8 sleeps.

- What is the WiFi passcode? There is a sheet attached on the fridge's door with various information including WiFi passcode.

- How many cars can be parked in the unit premises? There is 1-car garage + 1 car space in the driveway.

- Are there stores or restaurants in the area? Yes! Within 1 block there are 2 restaurants, Hoy’s Department store, and Blitz's mini-market; Within 2 blocks there are CVS and Wawa; The ACME market is 3 blocks away.

- Is there a roof deck? Yes!
