Beautiful and centrical apartment located in an exclusive area of the capital, in the heart of the city, 30 minutes from the airport and beaches. We are in the center of the city it will take you 15 minutes to go the Colonial zone.

Big living room, dining room, open kitchen. It is fully furnished with a beautiful panorama view. We can add anything you may ask for. Apartment is equipt with hot water, electricity, WiFi and Cable, and has washer and dryer. Currently it is fully furnished. In the center of Santo Domingo with 24 hours securities on premise, 7 days a week. Maid services included.

Response from the owner Mr Berry was well aware of the situation with the apartment , he was informed a day and half before that there was issue with the property that he booked and that i had to cancel the reservation but there was another option, one of my contact had a complete modern one bedroom near by in a new building. The price was 42 dollars a night instead of 30 dollars of the original booking for private room in a shared apartment which was his original booking, this option offer more privacy because he had a girl friend and he agreed and told me not to cancel the reservation. He arrived in one of my property for the first night that I provided completely complemetary for the inconvenience, the next day my friend sent for him in an Uber at no charge to him and brought him to the new location which he was more than comfortable and agreement was made on the 42 dollars a night. I forward the complete payment that was issue to me by tripavisor and he stay there for most of his stay until my friend sent him an invoice for the different in price from the of the two reservations. He they refuse to pay because he believe that i kept 100 dollars for the first night of his stay instead of being the 100 dollars he pay Tripavisor commision for booking through them. He was informed by me, my friend and tripavisor how the website works but he was not happy he had to pay so much in commission.
