Acorn Lodge is a new conversion of a former Piggery set in a quiet village location offering countryside views across fields to the rear. The property provides bright and modern accommodation and for those who are animal lovers, there is the added bonus of a paddock, stables and arena which are available for an additional charge. The property provides a great base from which to explore Norfolk's rural countryside with walks from the door, the coast and the Norfolk Broads which are a short car journey away. Shop/Pub: 1 mile

“Perfect for quiet break away from it all.”
What a lovely few days we have spent at Acorn Lodge celebrating our 28th Wedding Anniversary. The lodge is fully equipped and very clean (very important during these Covid times) and has everything you could need included in the rental cost. The lodge is well situated for travelling across North Norfolk and a visit to Pensthorpe Nature Reserve is a must. The host Angie is very welcoming with a supply of freshly laid eggs and is very descrete, but there if you need her. It is so discreet that the SATNAV took us past the entrance before we realised we were there. This is a small price to pay however for such a lovely Lodge. Look out for a sign saying "The Retreats" not Acorn Lodge. 10/10.
