Once you walk through the door of your condo at High Point South you will be greeted by spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean. The ocean view from the glass wall facing the ocean is unsurpassed. The view will tell you that you have chosen one of the best oceanfront condos in Ocean City, MD.

A slider door leads you to the furnished balcony where you can spend time sipping your favorite drink while relaxing with the constant sound of the surf on the beach directly below.

Your condo will sleep 3 -4 guests comfortably with a private bedroom featuring a queen bed, fold-out futon, small dresser and large clothes closet with shelves. A 32” flat screen TV and DVD add to relaxing in privacy while spending time to enjoy the family just outside the door.

Your living area features a queen sleeper sofa with matching love seat, entertainment center , a 42 “ flat screen TV and DVD. This area opens to the dining area for added convenience. High speed internet is provided in the unit for guests at no extra charge.

Your kitchen is located off the entry hallway connecting the private bedroom and bath. The kitchen is fully equipped for any type of meal you would wish to prepare. Dishes, glassware and a toaster oven are stored in the cabinets for your use. A microwave is placed on a shelf designed to maximize the counter space as well as a Keurig compatible coffee maker. Granite countertops with tile backsplash and under-mount stainless steel sink provide an elegant open setting.

Your newly remodeled bath area includes double under-mount sinks set in a granite top, a large vanity for storage as well as newly tiled tub and shower enclosure.

The bath, kitchen and hallway was completely remodelled in 2017 with new hall and kitchen tile flooring and furnished in a soothing beach motif.

It is truly your vacation home away from home!

The Owner lives nearby Ocean City, MD. and can meet the guest at the condo location for the transfer of keys and collection of Security Damage Deposit (if any required) Returning guests do not pay a Security Damage Deposit. The Owner is available to respond to guest requests for maintenance if there becomes a problem with a device, appliance or lock-out. There is a three-person on-site management staff 24/7. Information is on the back of the main entry door. The Owner will be available at check out to inspect the property. Please see the rental agreement on this web site and complete the information to reserve dates. The Owner asks the guest to leave the property as they found it at check in (i.e. clean)

Response from the owner The guest left our condo dirty. Floor sandy and trash not emptied. We expect our condo to be in the same condition as it was at check in. Worst was the guest used profanity with me when I found trash and lack of cleaning. More guests than were to be there. 4 when there was to be 2 on the reservation. The guest FU me. I don't tolerate profanity . They are not invited back as long as I own the property. Simply courtesies is all I ask for and leave our place as you found it. Some guests you just can't please.
