The House features a 2 Car Garage, Wifi, Central AC, fenced in Backyard with Grill and 2 patio sets & an Outdoor shower. Garage Game room w Ping Pong, Foosball, and Dual Hoop basketball machine. This brand new Home has connecting balconies off 2 Bedrooms and a 3rd Floor Sun Deck that can entertain 11 people.

I am looking for large Families & responsible groups for long weekends in Spring & Weekly in Season ( Sat - Sat)

This is a beautiful new 4 Bedroom Lux Family Rental House that is located in a quiet family neighborhood in Seaside Heights, We are looking for Families and Responsible adults to enjoy this new home. No Amplified Music on Sun Decks or Back yard after 9 pm. If Cops come You Go,

Tenants shall take Garbage and recycling out on Collection Day, and to clean up after themselves after using BBQ area in yard.

Day of Check out, please run DW and place in Wash any Towels
