This 426 sqft condo is gorgeous and has beautiful amenities to make your stay most comfortable. The space is designed to accommodate up to 2. Kitchen, restrooms, and sitting room are fully equipped to make for a nice and comfortable visit.

Getting around

Beyond the island, you will need a car to get around. Nothing is within a reasonable walking distance. You can do your shopping in Cedar Park (~15 miles) or Round Rock before arriving. There are also grocery stores in Lago Vista. Note: Drive carefully, especially if arriving at dark, as Lago Vista has a good deer population.

House rules

1. No smoking allowed in the condo or balcony.
2. No pets allowed.
3. Primary guest must be age 18 or above.
4. Please, reduce noise to respect other residents.
5. Glass containers are not allowed near and around the pools. There is a community fine of $1000 for violators, and is strictly enforced.
6. Kids aged 16 or less must be accompanied at all times around the pool.
7. The white towels are never to be taken out of the condo at anytime. There are swimming pool towels available in the closet.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.
