Large Bedroom Suite with king sized bed, sitting area with TV, desk and private bath in my hillside hacienda overlooking Lake Chapala and Ajijic Village. Very secure with gated courtyard and security system. Mirador with fantastic 360 degree views, covered terrace with gas grill, wet bar, and laundry facilities. VOIP US phone. Note that temperatures in the summer months often reach the upper 80's late in the afternoon, but with A/C you'll be comfortable.

The upstairs bedroom has a 32" Flat Screen TV and Blu-Ray/DVD/USB Media Player and a new King sized bed. Guests have access to an extensive library of Movies and TV Shows. The Internet service was upgraded from DSL to a 40 Mbs Fiber Optic Connection in April 2019.

A second smaller bedroom with adjacent bath is also available for a 3rd or 4th guest.

Response from the owner I provide a very reasonably priced "house share situation", not a hotel room. As such, there is weekly maid service, not daily service and linen changes. Guests have access to the washer, dryer and laundry detergent and are expect to do their own laundry - including towels and linens. There were 4 baths towels, 4 hand towels and 2 wash cloths provided for these 2 guests. Had they asked for more, I could have provided more towels, but they never asked.
