I present to you the sunny apartment Sole: a bright and spacious three-room apartment, ideal for families, because it is very spacious, and for couples looking for a romantic place to spend their holidays, or businessmen who are looking for a foothold for their travels. The apartment has 2 large double bedrooms, a large living room with a comfortable sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen with two electric hotplates, a fridge and a microwave, an American coffee maker and an Italian-style coffee-maker, a bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer, Wi -Fi, corner with brochures and brochures, maps and information on the area, private entrance and a large terrace of 24 sqm with a beautiful and relaxing view of the countryside. The apartment has been created from the barn of an ancient house typical of the area dating back to the 1500s, so the rooms are connected by the terrace. The house is surrounded by the olive grove / orchard where you can enjoy healthy and tasty fruit. The area is very quiet, but only 500 meters from the city center and 1 km from the beaches and the port. In front of the entrance gate there is a nice playground and a green area called "Parco del Perlino" where you can take long walks or bike rides or reach the famous Rocca park, with the ruins of the ancient fortress , the museum and the natural park that will take you to the beaches through paths immersed in the woods and in the green nature of Manerba; if you want you can walk for hours and reach the nearby towns, our beautiful beaches and continue the walk on the beach or on the lakefront. Just 500 meters away you will find two excellent restaurants; in the town center there is a church and a small supermarket, while larger supermarkets are about 1 km away. and they are open every day. In summer there are many parties, festivals and evening markets, both here and in neighboring countries and with the tourist train you can take the tour of Manerba or move without a car. My family and I live nearby and we will be happy to be at your disposal to give you all the information you need to spend an unforgettable holiday. Electricity, gas and water consumption, air conditioning or heating, private parking directly below the apartment included in the price. Upon your arrival you will already have the convenience of finding toilet paper, kitchen sponge, dish detergent, tea and herbal tea, oil and vinegar, salt, pepper and sugar.
