This unit has been completely refurnished and professionally decorated in a stylish contemporary motif, in 2011,

It is a spacious (+- 800 sq ft) one bedroom apartment with two terraces. It sleeps up to 2 + 2 more on a blow up (if necessary). It has a very efficient, interesting and charming layout (see floor plan and photos). The unit boasts a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dish washer, washer/dryer and every imaginable appliance for cooking or baking. It also has two 42 inch Flat screen TV’s, cable, DVD player, Radio with iPod player, telephone, Internet and Wi-Fi. The Master bedroom has a Queen size bed and a huge walk-in closet. The living room has a sofa + a Queen size double height blowup mattress. You’ll also have your own assigned oversize covered parking spot right next to your door.

It is a gated community that truly has it all. Enjoy the beautiful surrounds, the three separate large heated swimming pools, three hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, all on our grounds.

The Pointe Resort is superbly located in North Phoenix about 10 miles NE of downtown Phoenix, near the Pointe Hilton Resort at Tapatio Cliffs. It is near the North Mountain Preserve where there are numerous hiking and biking trails and almost a dozen golf courses within a 7 mile radius. Its central location provides a convenient access to all the Valley has to offer.

Very convenient location. Clean, Comfortable and well stocked kitchen. Pool was heated and close. Parking spot was right next to door. Fairly close to two expressways and grocery store.
