Description
Ocean Front three bedroom two and a half bath Penthouse with large windows and 160 degree views of the ocean the best location in Mission Beach. That’s because it’s on the beach !!!. This is a superior property completley upgraded over two hundred thousand dollars was spent on the interior .There is a custom kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar inlaid gold tile custom lighting dual dishwasher. Additionally it features an open living room with large windows nothing obscures the view with stone fireplace with gas fire travertine flooring , all solid doors throughout . A/C with nest thermostat.
Breakfast bar area as well as dining table.
There is a large L shaped. sofa .Wide sliding glass doors in front of the dining area lead to the patio with full unobstructed views of the sand and ocean, it is a large property nearly 1800 square feet . This property is sunny all day due to the fact that it is not crowded by another building or in the shadow of another building.
The master bathroom has copper sinks huge shower and large tub all are customized see photos .The walls are again custom plaster there is great lighting all on dimmers and large ceiling fans . There are tvs in every room all smart TVs .There is a full size side by side washer and dryer.
There is a great balcony to sit and watch the views with a gas barbeque (additionally there is a huge patio on the ground level with lots of seating) we have beach chairs beach toys etc .. Its a super location on the Ocean beautiful property with the best upgrades, additionally there is an attached tandem garage .The garage is long can fit two regular sized cars however it does not accommodate oversized suvs or very wide vehicles.This is also extremely well priced ! A great deal!

“ABSOLUTELY AMAZING IN EVERY WAY”
It was absolutely beautiful place to stay, my kids loved it as well as me and my wife, the best part was how hospitable the owners were. I would stay here again in a second.
