Ocean Front three bedroom two and a half bath Penthouse with large windows and 160 degree views of the ocean the best location in Mission Beach. This is a superior property completley upgraded over two hundred thousand dollars was spent on the interior .There is a custom kitchen with stainless appliances and breakfast bar inlaid gold tile custom lighting dual dishwasher. Additionally it features an open living room with large windows nothing obscures the view with stone fireplace travertine flooring , all solid doors throughout . There are large french doors in front of the dining area to bring the outside in, it is a large property nearly 1800 square feet . This property is sunny all day due to the fact that it is not crowded by another building or in the shadow of another building.

The master bathroom has copper sinks huge shower and large tub all are customized see photos .The walls are again custom plaster there is great lighting all on dimmers and large ceiling fans . There are tvs in every room also three with built in cd players.

There is a great balcony to sit and watch the views with a gas barbeque (additionally there is a huge patio on the ground level with lots of seating) . Its a super location on the Ocean beautiful property with the best upgrades. Comes with an attached garage .

There is extra seating on the ground level Massive price drop to book it off season check the comps its a great deal !

There are two flights of stairs not steep or too many . .Most all of the garages in mission beach are standard width as is this garage.This actually is a tandem garage which we don’t even mentioning it is very long .if you have a large suv sometimes they don’t fit
