Modern with high-end finishes, light flooded, spacious and fully furnished 135 m² (1450 ft²) duplex with a breakfast balcony on the main level and a big terrace on the upper level with great 180 degrees panoramic views over Vienna and to Schoenbrunn Palace.

The apartment features open floor plan, fireplace, state of the art appliances in a fully equipped kitchen, and central air embedded in a traditional Viennese house - with an elevator - located in a quiet side street minutes away from the Schönbrunn Palace and its baroque gardens, a former imperial summer residence.

The terrace is equipped with a full set of outside furniture and installed power awnings to create shade when needed. Enjoy the magnificent views of the Vienna skyline and of the Gloriette at the Palace.

The apartment is located in a wonderful part of town, close enough to enjoy everything Vienna has to offer but in a quiet street with little road noise.

Public transportation, grocery shops, bank, post office, pharmacy are right around the corner. Numerous restaurants serving delicious Austrian specialities are in walking distance.

Mariahilfer Strasse, Austria's longest shopping street is minutes away (recently converted to a pedestrian zone).

For kids, a fantastic nature playground is awaiting in the nearby located Auer-Welsbach-Park between the Technical Museum and Schoenbrunn Palace.

Getting around

Vienna offers excellent public transportation that brings you to all the major sights within minutes: 2 minutes walk - round the corner - to the tram station Rustengasse (52, 60). 3 stops or 5 minutes to Westbahnhof (railway) and subway stations (U3, U6) . From there its around 7 minutes to the city center St. Stephen's Cathedral. Another way to explore Vienna is by use of the Hop On Hop Off Bus. There is a station in front of Schoenbrunn Palace, which is in walking distance to the apartment. Airport by cab around 30 minutes away or 40 minutes by public transportation.
