Located in the beautiful, serene and historic Spring Hill area. Home offers water views and marsh views from the home. Beach access is to public beaches, Close to all Sandwich public beaches and also nearby Sandy Neck. Ideal location 3 exits after the Sagamore bridge, near the Canal and all the upper cape has to offer.

**Closest beach is East Sandwich Beach, no private beach access included with the rental***

Home is a 3 bedroom 2 full bathroom including finished basement with sleeper and game room. 1st floor offers one bedroom with attached bathroom and a queen bed. 1st floor living area includes an open floor plan with beautifully updated kitchen including breakfast bar, granite countertops, high end stainless steel appliances and plenty of counterspace for entertaining. Living room furniture includes sofa and a rocking chair and a flat screen TV connected to cable. Living room slider opens up to deck and outdoor area perfect for BBQs. Spiral staircase leads to second floor.

2nd floor: includes two bedrooms and a full bathroom. One bedroom is a loft style bedroom with deck attached and water views. Second bedroom in a separate bedroom. Upstairs loft/bedroom includes a day bed with a trundle pull out bed (2 twin mattresses total). Upstairs loft/bedroom includes a deck that offers beautiful views of cape cod bay and salt marsh. 2nd upstairs bedroom includes a queen bed and salt marsh views from all windows. Spiral staircase leads to basement.

Basement: is finished and is a great game room/ additional sleeping area. 12 foot shuffleboard table is located in the basement and is always a key entertaining piece for adults and children. Dartboard is also located in the basement. Flat screen TV is mounted on the wall and includes access to Netflix, HBO go and Amazon TV. Nintendo Wii is also connected to the basement TV including plenty of fun games. Basement also has the potential to sleep 2-4 people with two futons that are included. Laundry also included in basement!

Outdoor space: Enclosed outdoor shower in the back of the house is the perfect way to end a day at the beach or start your morning on a perfect Cape Cod day. Propane grill and built in charcoal grill/smoker are located outside for your outdoor entertaining needs. Picnic table with umbrella and various lawn furniture provide adequate seating for all of your entertaining needs. Fire pit with seating on the side of the yard. Outdoor Hammock behind the house is the perfect place for a daytime nap. Side driveway can park 3-4 cars, front parking area 1-2 cars. Beach chairs included for your days at the beach as well!

Window ACs in downstairs and upstairs bedrooms. AC in kitchen/living room.

How do damage deposits work?
