lovely 2 bed apartment to let


Located 29 km from Malaga, 10 minutes from la Cala, our beautiful apartment is situated on a 5 star resort with amazing facilities .

Within the apartment there is a sitting area and a fully fitted kitchen complete with dishwasher, washing machine,microwave, fridge freezer and oven.

In the living area there is a flat-screen TV. Air conditioning and heating. Other facilities at Apartamento Alta Loma include an outdoor pool, a Children’s pool. a small FREE tram to take you around the resort, bike hire, ping pong, beaches, bars and restaurants. The free night time entertainment nightly is brilliant and features acts which along the coast would normally be chargeable!

You can play tennis,darts etc and bike rental is available. The beach is a 5 minute walk away which has a lovely beach bar for local and European cuisine.

A variety of activities are available in the area, such as golfing .. Costa Del Golf its called.. golf club hire available, golf club lockable cupboards available… 53 golf courses from Malaga to Gibraltar all along the coast. Help and advice available for booking any courses.

LOCAL COURSES TO US… Torrequebrada, Miraflores, Santana, Marbella Golf and Country Club, Los Naranjos… Valderama and San Roque (about an hour away). But lots more nearer courses just to mention a few.

local stables offer horse riding in the mountains behind us. stables are on site. The nearest airport is Malaga Airport, approx 22.5 km from Apartamento Alta Loma.

A large double pull out sofa in lounge area. a lovely welcome pack, we live close for any problems and will show you around the massive complex and show you all the free things to do... or you could just do nothing as we are set back from the bustle of club la costa so its very peaceful and quiet !

Getting around

lots to do on the complex, however, the bus stop is not far to travel to the mijas mountains or into Fuengirola. the complex also arranges trips to Gibraltar or discover real Spain in a Land Rover trip around the villages and many more trips. please ask if interested and I will send you details.

We own this property and will meet you there with a lovely warm welcome and some groceries for you to enjoy. we live about 5 minutes away so will be on hand to address any concerns or questions you may have x we will be there with the keys at the time you want.

I stayed here during the lockdown in Spain. Dean and Carolyn were so sweet, they helped me with anything I needed. The apartment is fantastic, everything you can think of, it’s there. From the lush towels, luxurious bedlinen, to the fully equipped kitchen, cable tv and fast internet....and the sun terrace with lounge chairs, oh wow! Could not ask for anything more. Even though it was a scary time during the lockdown, I was here in my own little piece of paradise! The location is fabulous, a short walk to the beach, shops, restaurants. It’s all there. I’ve stayed at many apartments all over the place, this one is definitely one of the best ones, if not THE best one..

“Lovely apartment, super area”

We were lucky enough to stay here for 3 months during lockdown. The apartment is lovely, well equipped with everything you need, from kitchen utensils,linen and towels, UK TV and Internet. It has a lovely big balcony over looking the pool and sea. The area around has lots of bars and resturants, and the complex around the pool has lovely well looked after lawns and amazing flowers. In normal times there is a little road train that takes you around and down to the beach, as it is quite hilly. You will not be disappointed we had a wonderful 3 months there, even in difficult times. The owners Carolyn and Dean are most welcoming and help is always at hand. A super stay in a lovely apartment and a great holiday resort, with everything on your doorstep.

Me and my wife and 2 friends stayed at this apartment in August we was met by Carolyn and dean the owners they could not be more friendly and helpful they let us know the details of the apartment and also about the club la Costa complex they also showed us the folder that they had compiled with all the information you need to know which was a great help during our stay. The apartment was clean, comfortable and well equipped. Very short walk to the pool area, but you can also use the other pools on the complex. Apartment has a large patio area with great sea view. It is close to the beach which is really nice. Plenty of ways to get into town or la calla or mabella. We are hoping to revisit soon with the grandkids plenty for them to do, including kids club which we checked out. Great stay Carolyn and dean great people thank you.

“Family friendly”

Looking for somewhere child friendly to take your family then look no further. Just got back from a fantastic week away in this perfect apartment just outside Fuengirola. Firstly the owners Carolyn and Dean can't do enough for you,from organising transport to pick us up from the airport to making sure we had supplies in the fridge on arrival, you will not find more welcoming hosts elsewhere. The apartment itself is very spacious with 2 bathrooms and was ideal for us with 2 young kids. The resort has everything you need, with a wide range of restaurants/bars to choose from, numerous pools, entertainment, kids play area and a free train to get you around. Outside the resort you have Fuengirola a 20 minute walk away with a huge shopping centre, zoo and very testing crazy golf course amongst other attractions. We also went in to La Cala which was less than 10 minutes away by taxi and has a lovely beach an Irish bar that does great food and plenty of shops. If you get the time Marbella old town is also worth a visit. Taxis to all these places can be picked up by reception,again the staff here are very helpful. All in all we had a great week away and we will definitely be back,thank you so much Carolyn and Dean x

“Fantastic family holiday”

Cannot fault this place. Lovely accomodation, surroundings, and plenty of things to get up to throughout the holiday from relaxing by the pool which never gets crowded, sunbathing on the balcony that has sun beaming on it throughout the day, to catching the train around the resort to explore different bars, food places and swimming pools, or taking a fabulous walk into Fuengirola that takes 20 mins tops. Carolyn and Dean were amazing and were so welcoming, and even booked a table for us to try out a lovely restaurant slightly out of the resort which was fabulous and good value for money. Our toddler absolutely loved every minute and was so excited experiencing the entertainment held every night around the resort (choices of entertainment depending what bar/restaurant you visit) Will 100% visit again. Thank you Carolyn and Dean for a fabulous holiday xxx
