2 bedroom, sleeps 7. 1 queen bed, 2 twin beds, sofa bed and full size futon. Short walk to beach .3 miles. In house AC units and washer/dryer. Great backyard to grill and enjoy. Approximately 2 1/2 miles to Hyannis Center and ferries to Nantucket and 1 1/2 miles to Kennedy Compound. Near Centerville River and fresh water kayaking and fishing areas. Nice,private back yard suitable for games, children, etc. Beach chairs & umbrella available for use. Wonderful biking trails a short distance. Close to the Hyannis mall and the cute quaint town of Osterville.

Additionally, linens included, cable set up and internet access. A great place to relax, enjoy, and rejuvenate.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Lou (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
