For just a fraction of the price of a hotel room, our luxury apartment comes with polished and spacious rooms, 2 bedrooms, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, kitchen bar, and two full restrooms (one with a bath and the other with a shower), high ceilings, family-ambience, free Wi-Fi, Mongolian "TiVo" with international channels, flat-screen TV.
The living room offers a view of the mountain, and the big windows of the flat offers much natural light and fresh air.
In case of emergency, the maintenance building is within the compounds to assist you everyday.
Additionally, Mogul Town boasts a basketball court, children's playing area, outdoor seating area, and a within-the-compounds mini-market for your pleasure and convenience. The space is good for couples, business travelers, families (with kids), and essentially anybody who wants to feel at home away from home.
Our luxury flat is situated in the "upper class" district of Khan-Uul, and directly next to a mountain, where you will find the perfect balance between nature and city.
Khan-Uul district itself is a bustling district that offers the best shopping experience, restaurants, and night club the city has to offer (for more information or directions, please pm us). Zaisan square and Gegeenten center - home to numerous coffee places, restaurants, and cinema center - are mere walking distances away.
Moreover, on the one hand you can reach the National Amusement Park with a quick 15-minute drive; and a 20-minute drive will get you downtown, Chinggis Khan square, and the Shangri-La luxury hotel and department store.
On the other hand, the "Mogul Town" villa is situated next to majestic mountains, of which you have a direct view through the living-room windows. This ensures that you are greeted with fresh Mongolian air every day, free from the city pollution, in both the summer AND winter.
