This newly remodeled home is conveniently located to Liberty University (2.1 mi) and Lynchburg College (5 mi). Sit back and relax on the back porch as you watch the planes fly in to the local airport. A stocked kitchen along with Netflix is provided.

~The Space~

This modern single family home has been completely remodeled and stocked to give you all the comforts of home and many of the amenities you would find in a hotel. You are about to book an entire house in a very safe and conveniently located neighborhood in Lynchburg. If you want to cook, we have all the basic kitchen equipment you would need including a coffee maker with two complimentary k-cups per night. With three beds and a sleeper sofa, you should be able to fit 6 people comfortably. So kick back and relax as you enjoy high speed WiFi internet access and three LED TV's.

~Guest Access~

You will have access to a 731 square foot home that features 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, living room, kitchen, and a back porch. The average US hotel room is only 325 sq. ft., so you will definitely be able to spread out and enjoy this unique space.

KITCHEN - new wood cabinets, new appliances, new tile flooring, eating table, all of the basic tools you will need to cook a meal, coffee maker, toaster, blender, hand mixer, etc.

BATH - new tile flooring, new shower tile, new toilet, new vanity

BACK PATIO - covered, outdoor furniture, view of the local airport

~Interaction with Guests~

I was born and bred in Lynchburg, so I am more than happy to help you in any way that I can before, during, or after your travels. Feel free to ask me what my favorite restaurants are and for some fun activities to do while you're in town. My family and I live just a mile down the road. :-)

When you first arrive to the home, you will obtain the house key from a lockbox on the front porch. Once inside you will find everything you need to feel comfortable, including complimentary coffee, a WiFi password, and TV.

The neighborhood of Vista Acres is truly the most convenient location to all of the main attractions of Lynchburg.

There is off-street parking that can accommodate up to 4 cars. You are also near a public bus route for GLTC if you simply want to take a tour of Lynchburg with the locals. Of course, you can always call a taxi if you need to and there are actually a few UBER drivers in Lynchburg now. :-)

Prior to arriving, please let me know what 4-digit code you want for the lockbox and what temperature you would like the home to be set on.

If you should need a pack-n-play for your baby, please let us know in advance and we will be glad to set one up for you.
