Modern and specious apartment with big balcony ideally located in historical part of Dublin city centre.

It's my aim to make your holidays or business trip enjoyable and unforgettable .The apartment is just walking distance from main Dublin attractions, 7 minutes to Temple Bar and Guinness Storehouse. The Brazen Head is officially Ireland's oldest pub, dating back to 1198 and its just 4 min walk from apartment. It is in a quiet, safe and historical area with all tourist attractions just around the corner.

My place is perfect for up to 6 people, family, friends or business travellers.

Living room/kitchen:

You can relax in a very spacious and bright open plan living room with a big sunny balcony with Wicklow mountain view. There are two sofas , one is double sofa bed. TV with Irish channels, WIFI and access to Netflix.

Dining table for six and fully equipped modern kitchen with all amenities and basics you need just like at home.


Each bedroom contains a double bed with a good quality mattress, Egyptian cotton sheets, wooden floors, wardrobe.


Family bathroom with both an electric shower and a bath. All toiletries and towels are provided for your stay.

During your stay you can avail of a quick and reliable Wi-Fi connection (Optical Fibre) and there is a television with Irish channels. All basics such as towels, clean duvets, bed sheets, shower gel, shampoo, iron, hangers, etc.

Check in is from 3pm and can be flexible depending on bookings, but it may be possible to leave luggage from 11.30 (in case of earlier arrivals please inquire).

We are available 24/7 to welcome you however please make sure you get agreement from us on arrival time before you travel.

I will welcome you on arrival however if I am unable a close friend will take my place.

Standard check-out time is by 11am. Again I may be able to be flexible but that will depend on bookings. Please discuss this with me ahead of time if necessary.

I will introduce you to the apartment and provide free local maps and guides. You will also be provided with local knowledge about places to visit, pubs, restaurants, clubs, museums, theatres, art galleries
