4 bedroom house with 3 bathrooms and 2 sleeping sofas for 2 kids in front of the sparkling Mediterran Sea with a beach hat and sun beds, to enjoy the most valuable time at your holiday’s.
1 bedroom is in a separate building with en-suite bathroom and easy reachable from the pool or from the veranda of the cottage.Ideal for a couple who seeks privacy.The private infinity pool is 3,5 x 7 m ,an outdoor shower with warm water will give you the refreshment after your pool crawl.The property is on enclosed ground by a wall with private entrance.The Owner live on the premise and there is a second private fenced pool villa on the premise and we can accommodate up to 16 person in both villas with each one offering a pool.A car rental is mandatory ,please inquire for the local car rental

The House is situated in Plimmiri region, 70 km from the city of Rhodes, 65 km from the airport and 15 km from the village of Gennadi. 4 km from the main street of Plimmiri and 2 km from the new Magic Hotel . In the village of Plimmiri there are cafes and restaurants with a history in traditional Greek cuisine. On the main road there are supermarkets with local products .
Includes private beach 50 meters from the House. Has a huge garden with fruit trees (pomegranates, olives) and ornamental plants.
On the ground floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, living room with fireplace, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom and store room. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa-bed, bathroom, big terrace with sea view and small terrace overlooking the entrance to the House . The House is called the garden of Eden or Paradise according to those who had the pleasure to be hosted till now because the location is quiet and beautiful .Recommended as ideal for anyone interested in the company of being isolated, relax and fill its batteries while enjoying the beauty of nature with no distractions during the whole year .
