BEST KEPT SECRET STEPS TO THE BEACH ~ Beach Front Condo ~ Steps To The Beach..So Close To The Water You Can Feel It..!! Nothing Between You and the Ocean! "Rainbows, Waves, and Views to Die For.. !!You'll Never Want To Leave My Beach Front Condo...!! Can't get any closer to the water or you'll be in it..!! Majestic views from every room except the extra bedroom which has a view of the wildlife estuary. When the tide comes in the estuary fills up with water so you surrounded with water on both sides. There is "Nothing between you and the ocean" A magnificent beach front rental accommodation with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from every room... this vacation rental is a “bottom corner unit “ and very unique if you want to be close to the water..!! It’s very accessible from the time you park, with 4 little steps to the front door. Every room has an ocean view except the guest bedroom which has an awesome view of the wildlife estuary..!! This vacation rental rests in a lushly landscaped, un-congested setting on the southland shore. The nicely furnished condo has an awesome view of the water, surfers and the breathtaking skyline of the islands of Coronado. You can even catch a glimpse of passing dolphins playing in the surf. Rent horses for a stimulating canter along the shore! Walk to the pier for sport fishing, and visit Sea World and the San Diego Zoo! Relax on two private patios from the master bedroom and living room which walks right down to the beach. Even though we don't have a swimming pool (our front yard is all ocean) you'll have access to a large municipal pool facility with two swimming pools (one for laps and one for children to play). It includes a full fitness center on the beach equip with a basketball center and rock climbing gym. There is great biking trails, and road cycling with paths, Great golfing nearby, Volley ball and Tennis courts, horseback riding on the beach ...my favorite ride is on the full moon..!! Come enjoy the fine restaurants, unique shops, and exiting night life of San Diego! During high season through July and 3 week in August, rentals will be from Saturday-Saturday!! For pet owners there will be a penalty of $250 if you haven't informed us and paid your pet fee of $150 per pet, per stay before your arrival..!! - Rental rates are based on occupancy of 5 persons. - If there are more than 5 in your party an additional charge will apply.There will be a $100 charge per person, per stay..!! - A pet fee of $150 per pet, per stay applies. For stays 30 days or longer guest will be responsible for the utilities..!! There is no smoking allowed in the unit or around the property, the only place for smoking is on the driveway or across the streets. There will be a fine of $250 for the first offence and $500 for the 2nd offence....

There is designated parking right next to the unit... approx 12 steps and 4 stairs to the front door :) In order to book the until, the guests has to be over 25 years of age.

For certain type of events or parties, written permission is required from the owner. When there are over 5 guests, there is a $100 fee per guest per guest.

“Imperial Beach Condo”

If I can break this condo on a 1 to 10 scale at 20 I would. Sue Kennedy was so easy to work with. When we first got to the condo, also we have to do is punch in the number she gave us and we were in! Then once in the condo I was in awe at how beautiful it was!!Once I opened up the patio doors p( (there were two patios in this condo!!), I couldn’t believe that all I had to do was walk about 10 feet and I was on the beach!!) Oh, I forgot to mention that anything you would need is there at the condo for you (eg paper towels, toilet paper, body boards, chairs, extra blankets and pillows etc. ) The condo is about a half a mile from the imperial Beach pier, which is great because you can walk to it and also your quiet enough in the evening. I highly recommend this condo for anyone who is interested in being right on the beach, having local restaurants nearby, and having a quiet evening watching the sunset.

We stayed from Jan 14-21/15 and found our accommodations very comfortable, clean and spacious. We rented a car and found everything accessible within a maximum of 35min for our daily tours. This stretch of Imperial Beach is beautiful and quiet (the odd helicopter was training). Dealing with the owner Calie was a very positive experience and we would definitely stay again.

“Great place, right on the beach!”

This condo is located in a quiet area at the southern end of Imperial Beach. It has a great view of the ocean, which is just a few steps from the patio. After an evening walk on the beach, fall asleep listening to the ocean waves. Five of us stayed there very comfortably and would stay there again!

This is a very comfortable condo located on the beach. The owner provides everything you need for a most enjoyable stay. There is a full size washer and dryer which allows for light packing! It is in a very quiet part of Imperial Beach, a short walk to the pier and shops. Just a half hour drive to all of the cultural and entertainment centers of San Diego. To stay here you would need a car since restaurants and night life are very limited in Imperial Beach. One caution is that there still appears to be some confusion with the condo association as to the legality of short term leases but we were not harassed by other tenants nor did it impact our stay.

I took my mother on vacation. This was our first time in San Diego and the rental was exceptional! The beach and the ocean was steps away from the patio. Mom and I walks the beach and even dined on freshly prepared seafood on the local pier. Very friendly and family oriented community! Condo was very close to major restaurants and supermarkets. We were minutes from major highways so sightseeing was easy! The condo owner really was a gem and did everything possible to make my first trip to San Diego unforgettable!

This statement is so true. Imperial Beach is a beach town just below San Diego. My boyfreind spent one week in a condominium that was everything that the advertisement said “Nothing between you and the ocean”. Right out the back door, you can sit for hours and gaze at the Pacific Ocean. At night, we opened the sliding glass door so we could hear the wave crash on the shore; wow the sound is so amazing. One morning, a dolphin swam past. We almost thought we saw his flipper wave a hello to us. We watched tons of sea birds flying, and then dive into the water. They will nose dive straight into the water; it is like watching an Olympic diver trying for that perfect dive. On a clear morning, you could see the Coronado Bridge and Coronado Island as well. Across the street is the Tijuana Estuary, the Tijuana river runs through it and if you keep looking east, Tijuana. You can even see the bullring. Imperial Beach pier is walking distance and on Friday from noon until sunset, there are many vendors selling food and gifts and there may even be some local entertainment. On the pier, there is even a very nice restaurant, The Tin Fish excellent fish tacos. If you want to shop for groceries, there are a couple of grocery stores, I suggest Wallys. The main freeway is only just a couple of miles. Downtown San Diego is a few minutes’ drive. After walking, shopping, and site seeing, going back to Imperial Beach is a nice way to come down to earth and relax. Slow and relaxed with the sound of the ocean, life is good.

They say it's location, location, location and this has it and more. The view from every room is fantastic. Its great place to seat and read or just relax and watch the dolphins go by. You are centrally located to all of the activities Imperial Beach has to offer and yet you are in a quiet neighborhood that makes you feel at home. I highly recommend it for pet owners, the bottom corner unit along with the 2 patios makes a great area for your dog to observe and enjoy. The condo is fully stocked with everything you would need, the beds are fantastic. The master was so comfortable I asked the owner where I could get one. The owner is Kaylee and she is wonderful to deal with, very friendly. She called to make sure our trip went well and to make sure we didn't have any problems and returned our deposit quickly. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a Beach Front quiet access to all activities that has pets or children.

This was a great rental. Ocean view from every room! We loved going to sleep with the sound of crashing waves and the fresh salt air. Very clean inside, fully furnished, nice comfy beds and linens. You have a full service kitchen with pots, pans, dishes, coffee pot and microwave! Close to everything park your car and don't move it for the entire week you are there! I have 2 kids and they too had a blast! The Condo was very comfortable. The patio was great for lounging drinking coffee in the morning and people watching in the afternoon. We saw dolphins in the surf just before sunset, and the surfer and kite surfers were very entertaining!Great location to access the beach and restaurants! I loved this place and was sad when our week was over! We will for sure be coming back to this beach front condo!

stayed here for 8 nights in June...This Condo was everything one could ask for and more...Not only is it better than the pictures look...It's literally right on the beach...nothing between you and the ocean! The hospitality welcoming is so nice. This is unit is beautiful. You do not need to bring anything but groceries, yourself and friends.The wild life estuary right across the street was so amazing for the exotic bird life we saw not to mention the trails for biking, kayaking,and romancing! Our family could not have had a better time in a more perfection location.

It was very hard to leave! The condo was so well equipped we felt like we were at home! The best of both worlds, you didn't feel like you were in a big city, but yet when you wanted more night life it was a around the corner or a few minutes away. The views from our condo were spectacular especially the sunsets. The water was warm and clear and the beach was pristine. We swam to the pier,surfed and couldn't get our kids out of the water. We look forward to returning next summer!
