"Rainbows, Waves, and Views to Die For.. !!You'll Never Want To Leave My Beach Front Condo...!! Can't get any closer to the water or you'll be in it..!!

Majestic views from every room except the extra bedroom which has a view of the wildlife estuary. When the tide comes in the estuary fills up with water so you surrounded by water on both sides. There is "Nothing between you and the ocean" A magnificent beachfront rental accommodation with spectacular views of the Pacific Ocean from every room... this vacation rental is a “bottom corner unit “ and very unique if you want to be close to the water..!! It’s very accessible from the time you park, with 4 little steps to the front door. Every room has an ocean view except the guest bedroom which has an awesome view of the wildlife estuary..!! This vacation rental rests in a lushly landscaped, un-congested setting on the southland shore. The nicely furnished condo has an awesome view of the water, surfers, and the breathtaking skyline of the islands of Coronado. You can even catch a glimpse of passing dolphins playing in the surf. Rent horses for a stimulating canter along the shore! Walk to the pier for sport fishing, and visit Sea World and the San Diego Zoo! Relax on two private patios from the master bedroom and living room which walk right down to the beach. Even though we don't have a swimming pool (our front yard is all ocean) you'll have access to a large municipal pool facility with two swimming pools (one for laps and one for children to play). It includes a full fitness center on the beach equipped with a basketball center and rock climbing gym. There are great biking trails, and road cycling with paths, Great golfing nearby, Volleyball and Tennis courts, horseback riding on the beach ...my favorite ride is on the full moon..!! Come enjoy the fine restaurants, unique shops, and exciting nightlife of San Diego!

During high season through July and 3 weeks in August, rentals will be from Saturday-Saturday!!

For pet owners, there will be a penalty of $250 if you haven't informed us and paid your pet fee of $150 per pet, per stay before your arrival..!!

- Rental rates are based on occupancy of 5 persons.

- If there are more than 5 in your party an additional charge will apply. There will be a $100 charge per person, per stay..!!

- A pet fee of $150 per pet, per stay applies. For stays, 30 days or longer guests will be responsible for the utilities..!! Pets are allowed (Dogs only), Cats are not Allowed, under certain circumstances you may seek approval by owner.

There is no smoking allowed in the unit or around the property, the only place for smoking is on the driveway or across the streets. There will be a fine of $250 for the first offense and $500 for the 2nd offense... Please Do Not Smoke!!!

There is designated parking right next to the unit... approx 12 steps and 4 stairs to the front door :)

In order to book the until the guests have to be over 25 years of age. For certain types of events or parties, written permission is required from the owner. When there are over 5 guests, there is a $100 fee per guest.

Agreement must be signed before your arrival and within 7 days of your reservation with everyone's name, age, address, phone # (wk ,hm, cell) email address and in subject line your full name and the dates your are staying.Then I will copy and paste into your lease agreement for your signature!! Please Send a copy of your Drivers License/Passport via email

Response from the owner Hello Sherry, I'm very sorry for you remarks which I felt are far from the truth..!! The fact is I take pride in my unit. Thank goodness for those that can appreciate the hard work and effort it takes to have a vacation rental that is Steps From the Beach..!! There is always up keep and maintenance and our sliding glass doors did arrive , but wrong fit, they had to reorder them since it's a Retro fit. The company was awesome and took care of it, and they work beautifully. The ocean water is pristine blue and very safe, when there are major winter storms depending on the tide it can effect our beach or it can miss ours and effect other beaches north of us.!! By the way it wasn't the city that put up the signs it was our HOA board, consisting of 3 people, we do not share those HOA problems with the public, However, the the Davis Sterling Act SB 4740 came into effect in 2012, if you owned your unit prior to 2012 and there weren't any restrictions in your CC&R, you were grandfathered in, which protects me since I owned my units before 2012. When your staying in my unit and there happens to be a problem of any kind.. I'm only a phone call away..!!! I'm sorry you never informed me you had a problem, otherwise my handyman would have been right over, he lives 2 blocks away..!! Warmly, Kayli:-))

How do damage deposits work?
