Maison individuelle classée gîte de France 3* - 3 épis pour 4/5 personnes.
Le gîte est aménagé dans une maison individuelle, à l'orée de la forêt, dans le vignoble. Près de Sélestat et Barr. Sa situation centrale vous permettra de rayonner sur toute l'Alsace, les Vosges et l'Allemagne. Il se situe dans un petit village calme. Près des sites touristiques.
Gîte récompensé par le Trophée clients du réseau Gîtes de France" avec la note de 5/5 suite aux avis qui ont été déposés qui ont eu le plaisir de séjourner dans notre maison.
Le gîte se compose de:
* 1 cuisine équipée: four, lave-vaisselles, micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain, diverses poêles etc...
*1 salon avec un canapé convertible, un fauteuil, une table basse, une bibliothèque avec de nombreux livres, une mini-chaîne avec station de recharge pour Iphone, une TV (TNT HD) avec lecteur DVD (DVD à disposition gratuitement)
* 1 coin repas avec une grande table et 6 chaises. Armoire à vaisselles.
* 1 chambre avec lit de 160 x 200, deux chevets, une armoire, un lit bébé. *1 chambre avec deux lits séparés de 90 x 190, une armoire, des chevets. - *1 WC séparé des douches.
*1 salle d'eau avec douche, lavabo, lave-linge et armoire de rangement pour les serviettes (fournies gratuitement).
*Une grande terrasse couverte avec salon de jardin agrémentera vos soirées.
*Une table, des chaises, un banc vous sont réservés dans le jardinet devant le gîte.
.Possibilité de location à la nuitée et semaine.
- Option de ménage à 45.00 € en fin de séjour.
