Description
This 1 bed penthouse apartment has stunning views of the ocean and marina from both the bedroom terrace and the lounge terrace. It is fully furnished as a home from home and sleeps 5, with a safe, tv, cable tv, air con, wifi, washing machine and fully equipped kitchen so you can cook if you prefer, or else you can eat out in any of the excellent local restaurants, just 1 minute away. The beaches are also just 2 mins walk away or else you can stay and play in any one of the 3 heated swimming pools within the hotel complex, one of which is especially for young children. Local shops and supermarkets are all within a 5 mins stroll.

“HOLIDAY CANCELLED”
Totally disgusted with this company!! Had a holiday booked for over a month,and they have cancelled our holiday because of a mistake on their part...... absolutely not recommend them!!!

Response from the owner Es tut mir leid wegen der kaputten Stühle und alten Kisten. Die ganze Wohnung wurde von alten Sachen befreit und ist jetzt viel aufgeräumter. Es wurden neue Balkonsitze und ein neuer Fernseher gekauft, so dass die Wohnung viel verbessert wurde. Vielen Dank, dass Sie mich wissen lassen.

“Beautiful multi-terrace views apartment”
I stayed here in February. By far the best thing about this apartment was the two terraces. One connects to the master bedroom which catches the sun in the morning where you can sit and have breakfast. This has a view of hills to the left and the coastline to the right towards Los Cristianos. Then there is a second terrace which connects to the sitting room and looks out over the marina and the sea - this catches the sun in the afternoon until it sets. Another good thing about the terraces is that they are very private, in particular because you are on the top floor. Other than that, the apartment is spacious and had everything we needed and was very clean. The location is surrounded by other hotels, shops, and bars (Irish and Scottish bars nearby), kareoke etc, so it could get a bit noisy at night, but this varied from night to night. If that's your thing then great, but it wasn't for us so were were glad we had hired a car - we often drove to the Caleta area (about 10 minutes) up the coast which is prettier. There is a medium sized pool where you can get food in the daytime which seemed decent, though we didn't spend any time there. The owner Christine responded immediately to any messages and was very nice.

“Penthouse appt at Club Atlantis, San Eugenio, Adeje”
Positive Excellent situated appt, amazing panoramic views of the coastline and facilities, on one of Tenerifes premier complexes. The appt. is fully functional with loads of space, with two amazing balconies and all necessary requisites. On the downside the whole appt could do with a make-over, some of the paintwork looks jaded and the kitchen probably needs upgraded e.g. the electrics cetainly require modernised. For whatever reason there is an ongoing problem with the water pressure on this floor e.g. we could not shower early morning and on making enquiries at reception, discovered this had been highlighted for over 2 years! Elsewhere, some of the balcony furniture urgently needs replacing but all in all the views are amazing and we would certainly look to book again. Mindful at the current costs involved, there are cheaper 4 and 5 star options readily available close by !

“Amazing place”
This apartment is situated in a great complex with amazing pools , access to the beach is a very small walk away with BRILLIANT sandy beach and many restaurants and bars to choose from
