Description

Spectacular villa with private tennis court, private pool and 3000 m2 of private garden in a rural area only 10 minutes from the beach of Cubellas, near Barcelona. Villa Iris is newly renovated and furnished with taste and class.

We rent the entire villa with all advertised services.

Corral d'en Tort is an average rural area, but very close to the beaches of Cubelles, Vilanova and Sitges. Villa Iris is suitable for all who want to relax in nature, but at the same time want to enjoy the beach. Just 2 minutes from the villa is the riding center CFE Auriga which offers all kinds of practices, training, riding trips, ponyclub, competition and hippotherapy for physically and mentally disabled. Only 7 minutes drive away you can find the Pitch and Putt Portal del Roc. This golf course offers a practice area during the week for a price of 5 euros and 7 euros on no working days. You can also play on the course, if you already have experience or take classes. The course has lovely views and a restaurant with a terrace and barbecue. We also recommend visiting Sitges (15 minutes drive), Barcelona (50 minutes by car or train from Vilanova), Port d'Aventura 40 minutes by car. For wine lovers we recommend a visit to a winery in the Penedes which you can find nearby.

Response from the owner Dear Andrew, first of all, all people can see here, that we have from 7 comments before yours, 6 valorations of 5 bubbles and one valoration of 4 bubbles. On airbnb I am superhost and I have from 57 valorations the maximum of ratings of 5 stars as total result. So, it is clear, that you are the only client from 64 who made one valoration, who gave only two bubbles and is disapointed about your stay. I think, this result is enough representative to show, that you are a very special and complicated client. As well it shows the length of your text. Nobody writes so long valorations, but I will answer you as well with one long text. You broke two electric kettles and one table. All the plastic decoration around the glass was completly cutted with scissors or with one knife. I didn’t let you pay anything for it. I think it were the children of your group. When you broke the first electric kettle, I said to you, that we have one other one for the hob. You let me come 30 minutes from far away only to bring you one electrical kettle, what I did. I also brought you one other fan for the kitchen. When you broke the second kettle (I am nearly shore, that you put the baby bottles there to heat), you said that the plug doesn’t work correctly. It had to come the electrician only for this and after checking the plug, he said, that the plug is totally o.k. The decoration of the house is vintage style. It is one question of class and age to understand this. Vintage style is old by conscience. It is made old and it is very expensive. This is the case, expecially in the kitchen and the painting of the kitchen furniture. The furniture is only 3 years old. I have outstanding postive ratings for decoration and furniture on airbnb. The comunication with you never worked. Not with the arrival time and not with the excursions and activities. I send you one very large text with all instructions. There is one point which sais : Activities, Excursions and restaurants. It is not my fault, if you don’t read it. You had the same problem with tripadvisor who wanted to cancel your reservation, because you had not made the second payment on time, even they send to you a lot of e-mails about it. Also the first guests have not been informed, that they have to pay 300 euros of deposit for the bodega and 70 euros as deposit for the tenis raquet. All this information was on the instructions I send to you. We have big fans on the ceiling of each room, which work excellent. I have the same in my house. But you had problems to switch them on, even I explained to the first guests how does it work. The comunication definitly didn’t work. In the kitchen and in the bath room are never any fans or air conditioning. I never saw it in any place and in no hotel. But I even brought you one other fan. I am happy, that you rent two properties, but it is not the same, if you rent something privatly or if you are one profesional. I work like one agency and I rent houses of other persons as well. I don’t know anybody, who offer pool towels in one big house with one capacity of 20 persons. There are home owners who even don’t offer any towels or you have to pay for them. At the point of the parasol you are right. Some were broken, but all of them could be used. I came as well to arrange some during your stay. It is quite normal that we could not change them all in one day, because we had the same day of your arrival check in and check out. We already have changed all of them. I would kindly ask you, to not reserve any more my house, because you are very unfriendly and conflictive clients.
