Description
Swn y Mor is a detached bungalow which has been totally refurbished and renewed to a very high standard in 2016.
A hot tub for 4 persons has been installed in the summer House end of October 2016
We provide 4 adult bikes free of charge for guests to enjoy the North Wales cycle path which is across the road to the bungalow.
The property now boasts 2 bedrooms with quality double beds and wardrobes, the bathroom features a walk in power shower and toilet and sink, the kitchen which has in built electric oven and hob, a inbuilt fridge freezer a integrated dishwasher and a gas boiler to power the heating and water.
The lounge has a Smart TV with 2 and 3 seater leather sofas, the attached dining area has a table and 4 chairs.
Outside the property has a drive for you to park safely, the rear garden has a 16x 8 summer house with a rattan suite and the 4 person Hot tub. The garden is south facing and very private and a real sun trap.
Dogs are welcome without extra charge and the garden is totally enclosed and secure for your dog without any worry. The beach opposite is also dog friendly all year.
The location is literally across the road to Frith Beach which is one of the best and cleanest beaches in the UK.
A couple of minutes walk away is a Sizzler pub eatery, a fab chip shop, a indian chinese takeaway, a post office, a general store and a bargain booze.
Across the road is The North wales indoor bowling centre and The Frith entertainment complex.
Prestatyn town which is about a mile away boasts a brand new shopping retail park with a thriving high street with numerous pubs and eaterys.
Prestatyn is at the start of The Clwydian range of mountains which provide a large number of attractions to enjoy and a short drive from the victorian resort of Llandudno and Snowdon mountain range a little further down the coast

This is both to stay and to use the facilities during the holiday- ie no parties during the day/evening.
The neighbours have been informed about the 4 person maximum and will contact me if there is a problem. Parties that abuse this will be asked to leave.

This bungalow offers everything you could possibly want and is immaculately clean. The hot tub in the summer house is an added bonus. Just what was needed, fully relaxed

“60th birthday celebrations”
Stayed here for my husbands 60th birthday. What a fantastic bungalow to stay in. Literally everything you need is there. The hot tub was just the job after being out all day walking around. The beds are so comfortable and we all slept really well. Great walk in shower. Bathroom and kitchen and all areas were spotlessly clean. Would definitely stay here again.

“Lovely bungalow”
We loved our stay at this bungalow, it was very well presented and spotlessly clean. It was nice to have a cup of tea as soon as we arrived and the kids loved the chocolates and biscuits in the welcome pack.. Lovely touch! The hot tub was very clean and a great bonus to our holiday. We would definitely stay here again
