In a peaceful location just 1 mile from the hamlet of Brechfa with its' shop,church, friendly pub and beautiful forest trails is our cosy and tranquil cottage.We can make up the room to either 2 singles or a king size double if preferred. A recently converted barn with central heating, double glazing, wood floors, SKY tv, wifi, microwave, fridge freezer, cooker, drying room, plus private garden with bbq, seating area and gorgeous views..Wake up to the sound of birdsong and sheep in neighbouring fields after an amazing nights sleep.

We have secure storage for Mountain bikes with a chill out area and wash down facilies.

“Perfect cozy cottage for two!”

Great little cottage, just perfect for the two of us. Clean and cozy with everything we needed. Steve was great to deal with and very responsive - will definitely recommend to family and friends!

“Quiet and relaxing”

For nature loving folk Cothi Cottage is perfect,throw in the quiet roads,and seemingly endless forest tracks,something for everyone. Loved the local towns of Llandielo and Llandovery,and the garden at Aberglasnry is a must,we where sad to leave

Brechfa Forrest nearby a must to visit. Host very friendly and helpful whilst also being discreet leaving you to enjoy the peaceful atmosphere and wonderful views. Cottage was clean and functional.

“Comfortable and modern in delightful setting.”

On the edge of Brechfa forest yet close to two villages with pubs serving good food. Following a good walk, tho we did get a little lost, we got back and sat on our private patio and watched the horses in the next door field. Lovely setting and would stay again.

How do damage deposits work?

In most cases, you don’t pay a damage deposit up front. Instead, we save your payment details securely and you’re only charged in the event of damage to the property.

If Steve (the owner) agrees, they’ll send you a revised quote outlining the changes. You can review and accept/decline this from the Manage your booking page. You’ll have 48 hours to take action before the revised quote expires.
